We will be having our first Graduation October 22, 2009.
The dates for the School are October 12-23. The Graduation is set for October 22. The lodge still has rooms available except for the nights of the 16th and 17th. The first week is oriented to classes such as dog care, dog language, scent dog work, ADA law, allergy 101-what changes with a dog and what does not, asthma awareness, life with a dog. The second week is oriented toward the families getting to know their specific dogs. We will be taking the families to a variety of places to get them familiar with having a dog in public and spending one-on-one time with Master trainers and Animal Behaviorists. The graduation will be in Colorado Springs near Monument Colorado making flights coming in from Denver as convenient as flights coming in from Colorado Springs.
If you are interested in receiving an Allergy Alert dog, this is an excellent opportunity to talk to other families just like you. It is also a wonderful opportunity to meet our staff!
All meals will be Allergy Aware. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are wanting to attend so we can be a service to your family and their needs.

It is tomorrow night. The families are all doing well with their dogs. The Academy is hard work and they deserve a celebration!
