Hi, New Friends!
My name is Mary Rand Hess, and I'm happy to have found this site. My youngest son and I are both allergic to most nuts. His allergy to peanuts is quite severe, which is very concerning. I am passionate about raising awareness for children with food allergies, hence the reason for my children's picture book, The Day I Met The Nuts http://www.earthdaypublishing.com/. Portions of the proceeds help support FAAN.
It's great to have a virtual place that is global and connects us all.
